Foreign Aid to our Enemies

OK, now we have hezbollah in charge of the lebanese government. This groupis considered an iranian terrorist group by the U.S.  They took our money, slap us in the face and accept hezbollah and sharia law. We have sent millions  of dollars to this country each year.  So I can assume that the foreign aid to this country is now cut off?
Are we going to continue sending aid, only now it will go to an enemy of America and freeminded individual?
I have a sick suspicion that our money will continue to go there.
