I am a hard core conservative Texan by choice, born and raised a Missouri democrat. When I was a kid, I remember playing in Harry Truman's yard. My mom did work for Mrs. Truman sometimes, and evidently, my family had known theirs for a while.

A Vietnam vet, I am now a contractor working for the military in Afghanistan. I do this for several reasons. Yes, I do it for the money, but I also do it for the troops. I also do it because I am getting older and this is my last war, my last great adventure.
If you do not understand that, you might when you get older. If you never do, than that is your problem.

You will notice that I am not politically correct. I will not "soften" my viewpoint or expressions just so someone will not be insulted.
